I've been there too.

"I didn't know it then, but the journey that felt so overwhelming was quietly becoming the spark for everything."

My daughters changed my life. And in doing so, they gave me my purpose.

With a background in human resources and team leadership, Natalia understands how systems work and what families need when those systems feel overwhelming or hard to navigate. Combined with her own journey as a parent of neurodivergent children, this led her to make a deliberate transition into advocacy and family support. The work did not change. The purpose did.

Natalia is the Founder and Executive Director of NeuroSpark Joy, a family-centered initiative grounded in joy, education, resources, community, and advocacy. She is a Parent Advocate, Independent Facilitator, and Peer Support Partner who brings a multidisciplinary, trauma-informed approach rooted in lived experience, collaboration, and family-centered care.

She participated as a fellow in the California Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (CA-LEND) program, engaging in interdisciplinary training that reflects her commitment to inclusive, family-centered leadership.

Her work centers on building compassionate, inclusive communities and empowering families as they navigate the complexities of raising children with diverse abilities.

Through NeuroSpark Joy, Natalia creates welcoming spaces where families can access information, share experiences, build resilience, and reconnect with joy. She also advocates for systems that better support children with diverse abilities and the caregivers who support them.

We serve families, educators, and professionals — wherever they are in the journey.
