About…

The journey that
sparked it all.

NeuroSpark Joy is a family-centered support program for neurodivergent youth and the adults who love and support them. We are here to listen and provide support where it is needed most.

We understand how overwhelming this journey can feel, especially in the beginning. From the moment you find us, you are welcome here. Heard, seen, and free to be exactly who you are, without judgment.

We know how much families carry while navigating complex systems, wondering if they are doing enough, asking the right questions, or even knowing where to begin. Some families come to us unsure of their next step, and that is exactly where we meet you.

NeuroSpark Joy exists to change that.

We create spaces where families feel welcomed, supported, and understood. Where your child is celebrated as whole, not defined by a diagnosis.

Our work is trauma-informed and person-centered, offering support that is practical, emotional, and rooted in community. We connect you with others who truly understand, and we walk alongside you through systems of care so you do not have to face it alone.

We also recognize that caring for a neurodivergent loved one is both deeply meaningful and incredibly demanding. Caregiver wellness is not a luxury. It is essential. We create space for caregivers to restore, reconnect with their wellbeing, and find community with others who understand what this journey truly asks of you.

Together, we grow the spark.

To every parent who just received a diagnosis for their child: you have this. And we are here.

Every family we work with is building something — confidence, clarity, and the skills to lead. We're here to grow that alongside you.

  1. Practical Guidance

We help you navigate schools, service providers, and support systems — so you can understand your options and connect with the right resources for your family.

  2. Emotional Support

A compassionate, trauma-informed presence for caregivers carrying more than anyone can see.

  3. Community Connection

Peer support groups, shared problem solving, and a community that truly understands.

  4. Support That Grows

Support that evolves with you, from diagnosis through every stage of your family’s journey.

"I didn’t plan this journey, but it led me exactly to the work I was meant to do. That is how NeuroSpark Joy began.”

Why NeuroSpark Joy

What makes us different.

01

Lived Experience + Professional Training

Natalia came to this work through her own family’s journey and stayed because of her commitment to showing up with both heart and expertise. She has sat at the IEP table as a parent who did not know what she did not know, and she has done the work to ensure she can show up differently for the families who come after her. That combination of lived experience and professional training is at the core of everything NeuroSpark Joy does.

02

Joy as a Framework, Not Just a Feeling

Joy is not the name of this program by accident. It reflects what we believe at our core. Your child is not a problem to be solved, and your family deserves more than just getting through it.

We lead with what is possible because we know the spark is already there. Your family deserves more than survival. It deserves joy.

03

Connection & Collaboration

NeuroSpark Joy is a welcoming space built on connection, collaboration, and joy. We work alongside families, educators, professionals, and community organizations because the best outcomes happen when everyone works together.

We welcome collaboration with other organizations, service providers, and educators, and we are honored when families find their way to us through those connections. Every connection matters.

NeuroSpark Joy is where professional expertise meets lived experience. It is where families come not just to navigate, but to belong, to grow, and to find joy again.
